About Blake

Laid back family guard dog! Will bark at door and windows and on chain n yard.. never hurt anyone on purpose raised around babies and kids basic commands sit lay down shake go to bed and get your toy.. my kids and I moved from my moms and he isn't coping well with being left alone on her nursing schedule we visit as much as possible but he is acting out inside and outside! He loves being apart of the family and I'd take him if u could renting and bigger dogs just isnt feasible anymore! We all hate this very much but would be happier if we knew blake could find a home where he has a family kids or just a couple who will pat his head tug and throw his toy .. mom just dont have the time or energy for him.. and he is a very low maintenance guy! Right now he is in the yard or in his room 18+ hours a day.. while shes at work 12 hrs then if its nice he's outside while she sleeps but has free roam of the house if shes home when she sleeping... and its been almost a year and he isn't happy.. he starting to dig and tear into things barking and being a brat! If your interested get ahold of me..blake doesn't like cats or any other small animals in his yard! He isnt neutered so he is very dominate will be aggressive toward other males.. females big and small he is ok with after the initial excitement of the meet and great! He slobbers and he splashes water around his bowl he drips water throughout the house and wipes his mouth on your pant legs! When he shakes anything in a 3ft radius is bound to get splashed.. he waits to fart until he lays down at your feet and looks super sorry afterward! He isnt the best on a leash he's not going to drag you but he wont walk in a straight line probably regular walking would help he has a good sized yard so he dont get walked much! He dont like going outside in the rain he will hold it! Bath time and nail trims are a breeze.. he will hog your bed or respect your space.. he needs to be told 1x what furniture he is allowed on! He will chew barbies and similar toys hard rubbery plastic he can't resist! But will not tear up stuffies or shoes or clothing unless you give it to him as a toy! So dont play with ur pillow or a sock or shoe with him 1 day then get mad he chewing it the next! Once you give it to himit's his! He dont jump but will step on your feet! U can pet him hold him kiss give him snacks he pry wont eat take a nap whatever he down but what he really loves is a toy ... just throw and tug at a toy
