Scamp (blond) and his sister Ree (black) are Schippoo's and have been together their whole lives. Scamp is afraid without Ree so they must be adopted together. Scamp is not totally blind. They need to be groomed once per month but have not been groomed in over a year. Their owner was wheelchair bound for more than a year and now is completely immobile and unable to provide even minimal care. They are very sweet good tempered dogs.
