About Spot

Spot is a 10 month old chihuahua/dachshund mix who sadly lost his owner and is now looking for the perfect new forever home. Spot is a shy boy who needs some time and patience when meeting new people. He takes a bit to warm up and learn to trust new people, then he loves his attention and play time! Spot has lived with children 8 years and older, but he will need mature children who understand to give him his space when he needs it. Spot has never lived with other dogs so he would be happy to be the center of attention as an only pet. If going home with dogs, he will need to meet his new canine companions before adoption. Spot is good on a leash and rides well in the car. Spot will possibly need house training and will be watched to be sure he isn't digging and helping with the garden. Spot is a good boy who does better when his people are are home and would love to be left home alone as little as possible. Spot weighs 14 pounds full grown. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. His adoption fee is $280 which includes 30 days of complementary pet insurance and a free veterinary visit.
