About Walker (west)

Hi, my name is WALKER ID# A4337344 I am a neutered male, tan Labrador Retriever/American Pit Bull Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 4 years old, and I have been at the shelter since November 4, 2019. Walker was found by a caring stranger and brought to the shelter. He had kept him overnight, and liked having him in his home, but Walker could not get along with the finder's dog. Walker is playful and dog social, with a Rough and rowdy play style. He is good on a leash, and is a calm and gentle boy, very chill and mellow who is a little shy, but warms up quickly with a little coaxing. Hot dogs and other treats are the way to Walker's heart. He also knows 'sit' and 'down'. He is somewhat nervous around kids, so we recommend no small children. Due to his length of time at the shelter, Walker is scheduled to be euthanized very soon.
