About Asher

Asher is a very young, handsome, male Australian Shepherd mix brought to the rescue when his owner, who clearly never did any training with Asher, no longer wanted him. Asher is a high energy dog who loves to play out in the big yard & go for walks with the volunteers. The Aussie makes life an adventure. He'll work and play from sunrise to sunset and win your heart with his loyal & loving personality as long as you have the time or energy to train and exercise him. Asher is looking for that active family, preferably with experience with his breed. Given his exuberance & natural instinct for herding a home with young children is not recommended.
