About Oakley Blue

***PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE BIO BEFORE APPLYING*** Oakley blue is a 2 year old mini aussie. She weighs around 30lbs. She has major trust issues and new environments terrify her. She can be reactive and needs a very patient, knowledgeable handler to work with her and help her gain confidence. She needs someone willing to establish a routine and stick with it. She also will have to remain leashed at all times the first several days in a new home as she is a flight risk. She will not be placed in a home with children. No exceptions. She also must have a very secure yard with 6ft+ privacy fence. She will need continued socialization with positive association with the vet office as currently she needs to be muzzled and medicated. It's just very traumatic for her. She has come a long way in the time she has been with her foster mom and will continue to improve but we intend to make her next home her last so will be very picky about ensuring it's the perfect place for her.
