About Aden

Aden - AVAIL 1/26/20! :) M, 8 y/o, 60 lbs Golden Retriever mix Neutered Aden is a good, senior pup who wants a quiet, loving home to roam and rest. He's nonreactive to cats and prefers being left alone when eating. Chronic ear infections have left him a little unstable sometimes when walking but he rights himself and gets around fine. HISTORY: Potential rescues & adopters all passed over Aden at the kill-shelter and he became urgent (about to be euthanized for space). He had ended up at the kill-shelter after animal control officers initially responded to a neighbor report that several dogs from a property had been roaming loose on the street and one got killed by a car. Upon arrival they found Aden roaming around the abandoned property and empty house in disrepair, the homeowner taking care of them had passed away. His next of kin left Aden on the abandoned property to fend for himself. We pulled him to safety and sent him to our vet to be checked out before fostering.
