About Lander

I am looking for a home for my brothers dog, Lander. He is 12 years old but still has life in him. He is normally a sweet dog, but has been unpredictable in the last year and has had a few aggressive (biting) episodes when he is startled by someone he doesn't know. He has never snapped at me or my brother, or anybody else that he knew well. It's possible his eyesight decline is a contributing factor. My brother cannot take a chance keeping him because he has a baby, and I cannot keep him because I am spending most of my time taking care of my dad in New York. He does well in constant, predictable situations but cannot be trusted near children or people he doesn't know. No matter what the situation is, caution should be exercised. He can be an outdoor dog, as long as neighbors know not to pet him. We are looking for a place or home he could go ASAP so we he doesn't have to be put down Sent from my iPhone
