About Oskar

Oskar is a sweet, submissive Yorkie turning 16 in March 2020. He has cataracts and hearing issues, but his main issue is his anxiousness with noise. He lost his Yorkie companion over 1 yr ago and after that we had our first child. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen and the noises bother him quite a bit. Our daughter makes random noises that startle him although he is good with kids, they just make him nervous in his old age.When we put him outside, some of our neighbors have yappy or loud dogs whose barking make him nervous. He is not comfortable inside or out, and I just want to provide him with a peaceful environment where he can feel relaxed. It stresses us all out and with another baby on the way, it just compounds the issue. I care for my dog and will miss him greatly, but I must do what's best for him and our family. Please find it in your heart to give Oskar a quiet, stress free, and loving home. He is not recently vaccinated because our vet said due to his age, it was unnecessary.
