She appears to be an Aussie/Chow mix as she has an all black tongue, is spayed weighs 43 pounds and is ready to go to her forever home! Tilly was a little shy and scared when she first came in, but the shelter said she is coming around and friendly. Did okay with a meet and greet through the kennel fence.
