About Mancini and Fellini

Bonded Pair. Cannot separate. 2 litter sisters, Maine Coons, Mancini and Fellini. We have had these cats since they were kittens.They are about 13 years old. However our small children are proving to be allergic to the cats and we need to move them into a setting where they'll have more room (we live in a small apartment) and more attention paid to them. The cats appear to be in good health and have been apartment housed since they were born. Both are spayed and have their claws. We love the cats but our family health has to come first. Cats were vaccinated during the week of 3/1/2020 and have not had any health issues since we brought them in. These are indoor cats, never been outside or in a kennel. The cats do not like the vet. They can become anxious during their exams and, aside from getting their shots, the vet could not fully examine the cats. The vet told me she would have to sedate the cats to examine them however due to their age, the sedation could kill the cats. Since we can't sedate them, I can't tell you if they have any underlying conditions. Our vet recommended euthanizing the cats but we are not ready to do this yet. We are hoping someone else might take them on. The adoption fee is half of the cost of their updated shots which I can provide evidence of. I ask any adopters to fill out an application which I will provide to them that will describe the setting in which the cats will be housed and some more details about the adopting family.
