About Deshka

Hi, I purchased Deshka from a reputable breeder who is not taking her back (I will provide paperwork). Unfortunately, I needed a family dog and Deshka's agression has risen to where she is not a family dog. I work full time and wanted a companion for hiking and home protection. She has chased off one bear and one moose and one human intruder, which makes rehoming her extremely difficult. I have worked with trainers and vets and they have stated she is not a family dog. She has not displayed any aggression with people but has with other animals to the point where I need to rehome her. She should never be off leash. She is extremely loyal and dominant. She seems to prefer men to women. She has had double knee surgery - the high quality one. I have run through all my training options in the state of Alaska. This is her disposition. I do work full time and I think that is hard for her. If she could be with someone who is experienced handler and provide her with a job, that would be ideal for her. I have more photos and video available for interested people. I have rearranged my life to take care of her, but ultimately, she is not a family dog. She needs to be with someone who has experience. She is a wonderful and special animal.
