About Butters

Butters is a New Zealand Red and is about 10lbs. She is about 8 years old. She is a gentle soul who will sleep all day but will also hop around if allowed to explore outside of her cage. She previously belonged to a military family who re-homed her due to moving out of state. We fostered her with the intentions of finding her a forever home, but have had her with our family for over a year. We are unsure about her temperament with other rabbits but she loves to cuddle with our Husky, they are best friends, and she has done well around guinea pigs. She eats pellet food but loves fresh veggies, she gets all of our cucumber peels, cucumbers, tomato's and carrots, with the occasional banana or orange slice as a treat. I have more photos upon request. I did not want to re-home her due to her age but unfortunately we are also moving across the country for military obligations. We are unable to take her with us. I'm hoping to find her a home who will give her all of the love she deserves in the end of her lifetime. I am only asking a re-homing fee to cover the partial cost of supplies that will be provided with her. She will come with the 'All Living Things Multi-Pet Small Pet Habitat' from PetSmart. She also comes with all of the pellet food we have at the time of pick-up, her food container and scoop, a larger water bottle and a new bag of bedding. A total value of about $150. (The re-homing fee can be negotiated for the right loving family)
