He is shy so will need a family that will take time with him to learn new things without being scared. He is not a fan of very active dogs or larger dogs than him. So he will need a small dogs in the home. Younger children must be respectful and gentle. He does require a complete physical fenced yard as he does not walk on a leash yet.
