About Gabriella

Gabriella is a super snugly, energetic, playful and loving, 18-month-old, 55-pound female pit bull terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian. Gabby loves to snuggle with you on the couch. At night she sleeps in her dog bed in the living room. She was turned into Chicago Animal Care and Control and was lucky to find a loving foster home. She loves long walks with her foster mom and playing ball. This girl is a quick learner. While she already knows the command sit, she would do well in a training class to bond with her new family. She's good with other dogs upon proper introduction, but not cats. Because she still jumps up on people, she's best in a home with adults and teens; no young children. Gabriella is great in the car, and she even took a road trip with her foster mom to Missouri and back to Chicago! She is housebroken and crate-trained. When left alone for eight hours outside of her crate, she did just fine in her foster home.
