About Monster

Monster is a 9 year old neutered male who is also fully declawed due to severely aggression in adolescence, that he has since outgrown. He's very vocal and playful and affectionate. Healthy outside of his senior status. Needs LOTS of attention and LARGE play space. His temperament is mostly docile, however out of 6 different animal companions over his life span, he only has had issue with one. Our current female cat who we have had for 2 years. His personality has changed dramatically since we got her. They fight constantly, he growls and hisses at her, and she does bully him. We have tried EVERYTHING to make this home peaceful for both of them but it's not working. He's current on vaccines and just had a normal blood panel. (Our other cat is special needs and I believe there is an element of jealousy on top of insecurity). In complete transparency, he has also started spraying in the past year, but only in spaces that are carpeted, so he is no longer allowed in bedrooms at our home. Only common tile and wood floor areas. To be clear, he uses his litter box. This is strictly territorial marking
