About Elsie

Elsie is a sweet, loyal, and playful Airedale/herding mix. She is devoted to her family and loves belly rubs and ear scratches. Owner must be familiar with the Airedale breed, have experience owning dogs, and be able to provide structure. Elsie will guard property and owners, and would do best in a situation that has a need for this. She would do well on a ranch, farm, or large property. Elsie is good with people and dogs after proper introduction, but does not do well around cats. She has worked around horses and cows. She is biddable, and enjoys working alongside owner. She is a medium-energy dog, and is a great companion. Prospective owner must be able to provide adequate veterinary care.
