About Raven

Hi I'm Raven! I am an 11 month old Labrador retriever mix who has a whole lot to say to those around me. I have had a rough go at life, so I take my time to get to know other canines like me. But once I get acquainted especially with other dogs that are smaller than me I will be ok. I was a stray for a long time and was underfed and malnourished and didn't grow to my appropriate size. My sister who already got adopted was bigger than me and used to eat both of our food, but once I went to me own foster home I was able to get bigger and healthier. I am up for adoption to a sweet woman or couple that can be patient with me. I lived on the cruel streets for a long time. I eat my food and I like cuddles just like the next joe over. If given then chance I'll win your heart. I like car rides next to you. I listen to music your type of music I'll like. I want to find love and affection, I have a ton to give. I'm one the smaller side. I won't fit into a tiny carrier under seat but I do fit in a medium carrier. I have long legs that make me look bigger than I am. I walk on the leash well, but I do get scared when sudden loud noises. I like tickles on the side of my face, they make me feel happy and accepted.
