Meet Cedric! Cedric is a very sweet 4 year old hound who weighs 56 pounds! He's looking for his forever home! He has a fun, quirky personality and is very playful and affectionate! He loves to give kisses and cuddle. His even temperament is one of those things that makes all the volunteers like him so much. he's working on basic manners and hope to be able to 'sit' on command pretty soon.
