About Mollie

***PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST BEFORE APPLYING*** Mollie is a 3 year old spayed female Golden Retreiver. She was not well socialized as a puppy so she is still very much a 'big puppy' in public. She is learning leash manners. She loves people and snuggling. She can get overwhelmed in busy situations so would do best in a calmer home where someone is home more often than not. She would love one other doggy playmate of similar size/energy. We would recommend a home with older children especially ones that would engage her with play. She can also be in a home without children. She needs dog savvy owners willing to continue to work with her on confidence in public (she can become very barky) but she is working on it in her foster home. She is house trained and doing well with her crate training. She must be placed in a home with a 6ft fenced yard, she would not tolerate apartment living.
