About Adira

Adoption Fee: $250
Rottweiler / Weimaraner
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

Adira is meeting a family next weekend, paws crossed it is a great fit for everyone! Adira is a very special pup. Born in June of 2019, she is a Weim / Rottie mix and is going to be a big girl when she is fully grown! She has a beautiful coat with a touch of waves to it. Adira is also a special needs dog. She is afflicted with Mega Esophagus and it is not something that has a cure or a fix. In a nutshell that means that food does not slide down her Esophagus into her stomach the way it should. The good news is that for right now she is able normally as long as she has taken her meds. Her foster mom can offer more information and answer any further questions that you may have regarding her condition. Adira is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, micro chipped and on preventions. She sometimes takes a bit to warm up to new people, but once she does you have a best friend for life! She is currently about 55 lbs and will be large to extra large when full grown. She does great with all her foster siblings, is cat friendly and would be ok with kids 8 or older. Adira is currently located in Tennessee and the adoption fee is $250. Transportation may be available to out of state adopters for an additional cost depending on the area. The first step in our process is submitting the application. We are happy to set up a meet and greet once an application has been approved. If you would like to adopt Adira please fill out our online adoption application at http://safehaventn.com/ .
