About Bimini

Bimini's beauty rivals that of her namesake, the Bahamian island. Bimini's got the complete package. Looks? She's got 'em. Intelligence? She's got that too. And personality? She'll dazzle you with her charm. You'd be hard-pressed to find a more appealing rabbit than Bimini. She was rescued from a park in April 2019 where a total of 30 bunnies were rescued. She was lucky to survive predator attacks (coyotes, hawks, owls, raccoons, feral cats) and speeding cars. Sadly, not all of her siblings were so lucky. She can be shy at first but quickly warms up to people! Bimini is a five pound, dilute Harlequin/Lionhead blend, which gives her an amazing little punk rock appearance with a slight mohawk. Baseboards don't stand a chance around Bimini! So, you'll need to bunny-proof your home/her living quarters and provide her lots of chew toys! But, chewing is a common bunny behavior and when she is done shredding her toys to bits, she's smirks with contentment as she surveys her handiwork! Bimini has good litter box habits, comes to the edge of her x-pen to greet you, doesn't squirm to get away, will sit on your lap for endless love. She is super cute, curious and inquisitive. She would be OK as a single bun or may want a husbun for a friend. She is one of the sweetest buns I've known and craving to be loved. If Bimini can't be free roaming or live in a room or a section of a room, then an x-pen enclosure or home made DIY grid system enclosure is a suitable alternative. A cage/hutch is not recommended.
