About Tatiana

We'd like to introduce you to our newest arrival, Tatiana! Tatiana is a 1 year old (born on Jan 19), female, Blue Nose Pit Bull Terrier, weighing about 50 pounds. She is vaccinated, spayed and healthy but sometimes has nervous stomach. This lovable girl & her 11 siblings were taken from their mother at six weeks because the young owner was arrested and the younger brother called all his friends to come to San Juan to pick out a puppy. Tatiana's adopter was a young man who lives with his family of 8 in a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath apartment, definitely not an ideal for any dog. She was never really socialized or housebroken, she was scared when walked, but would play with the kids in the alley in front of their apartment. Tatiana is good with other dogs, adults (she does tend to really like men) and 0lder children since she doesn't know her own strength. She is a big lover, kisser and loves car rides. She is currently working with a trainer on walking on leash (she's a little shy), basic commands, socialization skills and has show some aggression over food. We are a volunteer run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short and/or long term doggie foster families. We greatly appreciate the help and time of our fosters.
