About Rozay (east)

Hi, my name is ROZAY - ID#A4322926. I am a neutered male, white American Pit Bull Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 4 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Oct 02, 2019. Our owner surrenders have had a tough time as of late... heartbreaking to see them struggle. It is completely shocking and stressful to go from a home into a wing of 100+ barking dogs with strange sounds, smells, and people. ROZAY was pretty stressed about making the transition to shelter life, and now he is pretty much over it. He is stressed in his kennel and on his pull/return. BUT, he had an awesome thirty minutes in an office today...what a fun boy. Rozay has begun to show signs of kennel deterioration. This happens to all social animals eventually when they have been incarcerated for long periods of time. They need social interaction whether with other dogs or people. Rozay is headed for the euthanasia list unless adopted very soon.
