About Keira

Meet Keira! Keira is a female Basenji/Husky Mix born 5/24/19. She is smaller medium sized girl weighing approximately 28lbs and will likely be 35lb at maturity. Keira is a low energy, but active girl who just wants to hang out with her people or go for a lovely stroll. She is a sensitive but easy going girl. Keira just needs a gentle approach. She likes to cuddle and will happily lay next to you on the couch. Keira has been friendly towards her foster family and any people she has met. She has gotten along with dogs of all sizes but prefers small dogs or laid back larger dogs (she gets easily intimidated). She has done well with cats she has met. Keira rides well in the car and loves to go anywhere she can. Keira had a rough start as a starved stray. She has been working on basic manners and now walks nicely on the leash. Keira has started crate training and house training (doing well). Keira is looking for a family she can pal around with! Are you looking for a special girl?
