Queets has been a loved member of our family since he was a puppy. He and his brother Mo were adopted together after being abandoned on an ocean highway at 2 and half months old. They have been very happy dogs until the recent arrival of our son. In the last year our once bonded pair have started to fight with each other and Queets has shown aggression towards his canine companion and our one year old baby. Over the last six months we%A0have worked with a behaviorist and Queets has been taking fluoxetine%A0(prozac) which has helped a lot but he is still struggling to share his home with an infant. This has required us to keep Queets separate from the baby which is not the way Queets likes to live. He is a social, affectionate, and deeply bonded to his people dog who dislikes being physically separated from his loved ones. He has a strong protective streak where his Mom is concerned that is causing issues. Queets would thrive in an adult only home without other pets. He loves going for runs but is also content to snuggle on the couch for days on end.%A0
