They are 10-year-old, 10-pound bonded sisters who were surrendered to the shelter on November 19. BRANDY (#A1910712) and KAHULA (#A1910717) are presently at the East Valley Animal Shelter, 14409 Vanowen St., Van Nuys, CA.
