About Gunnar

This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. Gunnar is a sweet and happy boy. He missed out on training. He is house trained though, will sit, will not stay. He is just a big, strong, and goofy boy. Owner does not have a fence so he is on a chain when owner is not home. Sometimes chained to avoid ATV traffic that we have here. I and owner feel that he should have a person with training experience, patience, and a fenced area for him to play. Owner has multiple medical issues. Gunnar deserves a happy life with a loving and experienced family. No euthanasia! I love Gunnar but I have 2 cats. I don't know if he would hurt them. He will sit at my front door and just look in at them. I don't want to chance it. I am not an experienced trainer. Gunnar loves to go for walks and loves to go to the river. He is addicted to rocks! He will search for the perfect one and put his head down in the water to get it. At the end of our visit, he will have a pile of rocks on the sandbar. One of his ears does not always stand up. He is mostly black and has brown on his lower body. I will try to post a picture of him. I'm not good at the photo sharing stuff. I also have a video of him at the river that I will try to upload. He deserves better. I do not have this animal and owner has no phone service. So, the next question is not correct. Thank you. Janna
