About Shogun

Shogun is a stunning bengal cat with a quirky personality. He is a high energy cat that needs space to play and ideally playmates. That said, he has lower needs relative to most bengals- he spends a lot of time very mellow, cuddling with my dog. He has not been an outdoor cat but a home where he could safely go outside may suit him and make him easy to manage. A bit more info: -very responsive to toys and can provide entertainment for hours - can open cabinets. Food and items made of silicone or rubber must be kept inaccessible ir child locked, including trash and potentially fridges. He will eat pretty much anything aside from veggies -once he is comfortable with a family he is very gentle, never swats, will tolerate rough play from dogs or children and can be picked up I love this cat more than words can express and gave accomodated his somewhat special needs since he was a baby without complaint but sadly I am facing homelessness and will not be able to bring him with. I would prefer to find a foster home until I am back on my feet, however I am facing a lot of trouble with this. Serious inquiries only, please. Bengals require a lot more patience than the average cat and are certainly not for everyone. It's my biggest fear that an unprepared owner will return him to a shelter to be euthanized. Note:It's unknown whether he is pure bengal or an extra generation removed.
