About Ollie

Little Ollie is adorable, but is still uncertain about where he finds himself. Ollie and his three other siblings were fostered off-site to ensure they would all survive. They are doing great and have been moved into our kitten room. Ollie and his sister, Millie, are feeling a little out of their element and huddle together for comfort. We hope over time, they'll both gamely jump into the kitten fun. Having been hand-raised, Ollie is very affectionate with people and loves to snuggle with his person. Ollie is a mostly black kitty with vibrant yellow eyes. He's tiny weighing just about four pounds, but he'll grow over time. If you're able to open your heart and home to a super little kitty, and maybe even his sister, come meet Ollie (and Millie). You might just fall in love. If you can offer a safe indoor home to our cat/kitten, submit an application online or at the shelter after a get acquainted visit. All adopters must complete an approval process which involves a reference check with current/recent vet and a brief home visit if located in the immediate area. We do permit out of state adoptions. Adopters MUST come to the shelter to transport their new family member home. We do not ship nor do we transport them to their new homes. Charles Smithgall Humane Society (CSHS) is a No kill shelter. Animals in our care remain safe with us until adopted. Resident animals are primarily owner relinquished and also accepted from local Animal Control. The facility usually is operating at capacity with a list of animals waiting for space to open.
