About Faye

Meet Faye Hi! My name is Faye and I am looking for my forever home once again. You see, two years ago, I thought I found my forever home but unfortunately my owner became homeless. She could not find someone to watch me while she got back on her feet, so she brought me back to the shelter because she loved me and wanted me to be well cared for. Although I am taken care of, I'm getting a little depressed here because now I have to listen to all the commotion from the other dogs all day long and most of all I miss the loving I got from my human mom. Maybe you could be my forever family, I LOVE people and I love to be petted and rubbed down. I have good manners, I know how to sit and shake hands when asked, I am house broken, plus I walk really good on a leash! I am just over 3 years old and 83 pounds of cuteness. There is a volunteer here who has a liking for me and she takes me for car rides and lets me sit in the front seat with her because I'm so good. She'll also take me to Burger King but because I am a teensy bit overweight, I only get a hamburger without the bun ?. I would prefer to be the only animal in the house. I am a gentle girl and would love to have kids in the house to give me lots of attention. Since I am on the heavier side but still have a healthy pep in my step, I think kids 8 and up would be a good fit - that way I won't accidently bump someone smaller over when we are playing. PLEASE find it in your heart to come to the shelter and ask for me, Faye! You won't be disappointed.
