About Toby

He would do best in a home without children or with older children as sudden or loud noises frighten him. He also has a seizure disorder and will need to have medication administered 3x a day for the rest of his life. Toby is about 1-2 years old and weighs 11 lbs. He is good around other small dogs and has not been tested around cats.
