About Wilson

Wilson was found in the woods behind my house in the fall of 2017. Shortly after I found him, the vet estimated him to be between 3-4 years old. I have no information about his previous owner/ life. What I do know is that Wilson is a giant baby who wants his own space. When he wants attention, he will come to you and you bug you for it. However, most of the time he is content with sleeping on his dog bed in a separate room. Wilson has been successful at dog parks and doggie daycare facilities. The reason for re-homing him is that I recently moved to a smaller house where Wilson does not have as much space as he once did. He is one of 3 dogs, but when he wants a break from all the action, there isn't a place for him to go or call his own. Whereas I love Wilson with all of my heart, I know that he would be happier in a home where he is the only dog with only 1 owner, preferably female. Wilson does not have much experience with kids, but since he likes his space to be respected, a house without kids would be ideal. I will help transport Wilson to his new home, and the adoption fee will be whatever the cost of gas is to get him to his forever home.
