About General Lee

Meet General Lee! He is a beautiful Mini Australian Shepherd who was owner surrendered due to downsizing. He is between 3-4 years old and weighs 22 pounds. General Lee was never properly socialized so he is still very scared of touch but has come a long way since his time in rescue! He loves to play outside and will need a fenced yard. He likes to sleep at the end of the big bed and when he is there he will roll over to get a belly rub. He knows his name and listens very well considering he's had no training. He is a smart boy! General Lee gets along well with most dogs but would be better with no other male dogs. We would not recommend a home with tiny dogs or children because of his skittishness. He hasn't been cat tested but we are pretty sure he would chase them! General Lee is up to date on shots, neutered, heartworm negative, and microchipped with a lifetime registration. He is ready to try to find the perfect family that can work with him on his issues. We think he will make someone a fabulous family member when he learns to be loved!
