About HopAlong

Here is SWEET HopAlong. He got rescued from a park! He was an easy catch almost begging to be scooped up and taken out of that unsafe place! Who can blame him? His back left leg was likely broken/sprained while living at the park and healed in a funny manner. Once this happens, we just leave it alone as it does not hinder his ability to hop or get around. He has no residual negative effects from this. Poor thing, he was probably just trying to escape harms' way! So, you'd never know he has a bum leg as he is good to go!!! HopAlong is a SUPER affectionate rabbit with eyes that will PENETRATE deep into your heart! No doubt, he knows beyond the shadow of a doubt that he was rescued! He has shown me how thankful he is to have been rescued as he pays me back daily by sharing his love and happy self every single day! He LOVES to be petted and held for long lengths of time. His favorite thing is to nuzzle his nose up against yours and let you kiss and stroke his soft fur. He is content to hang out on the couch, bed or chair with you. HopAlong is one of those rare buns that requires little to no adjustment period. He is fully socialized. He is just happy to be out of that dangerous park. He is such an appreciative, CALM rabbit. He is a kind soul. I totally ADORE this wonderful boy bunny! He is one of many, fabulous agouti rabbits I've rescued. He is SO SPECIAL that words can't begin to describe him. This handsome hunk of a guy is more than ready to blend into your family and bring you untold joy. Make your holidays hoppy this year! Please ask about him. He would love to be adopted by Christmas! He was just neutered on November 16, 2019. If HopAlong can't be free roaming or live in a room or a section of a room, then an x-pen enclosure or home made DIY wire grid system enclosure is a suitable alternative. A cage/hutch is not recommended. Two photos are examples of an x-pen enclosure. HopAlong can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore. Or, delivery is also available to the greater Southern California region. The adoption fee is $60 which helps cover the cost of his neuter surgery.
