Victor was rescued by a concerned neighbor in Sylmar. He was living underneath cars and running in and out of the road. Victor is super affectionate and extremely playful. He comes on command and will follow you until the end of the world. He loves showing his underbelly and LIVES for belly scritches. Victor is very vocal when being talked to and has mastered the art of conversation. He goes from nap-time to purr fest in an instant and is such a love!
