About Roxy

Roxy was abandoned by her owners in a Houston yard. With no food or care, she could have died alone in that yard. Thankfully, a neighbor was looking out for her. Since then. Roxy has had a rough ride! She had a reaction to her flea and heartworm preventative which resulted in seizure like activity. She spend over 6 months recovering. Now, she is stable again and she longs for her HOME. She is a very loving dog. She would be a good emotional support animal, as she is quite in tune to the emotions of her owner. She is good with submissive male dogs, and with some females. She does have a prey drive and would not be good in a home with cats or small dogs. She has been around older children, but has not been around children under 10. Transportation can be arranged within the US.
