About Twitch

Twitch is a very handsome 8-year-old male Pomeranian with wolf sable coloring. He is very energetic despite being 8-years-old and loves to run around the backyard, play with toys, and go on long walks around the block. He acts just like a puppy! He is a very loyal boy that wants to be with his person a lot -- getting belly rubs, snuggles, and playing. Fluffy blankets are his absolute favorite and you will often see him curled up taking a nap on the fluffiest blanket he can find! Twitch is protective of his family and his ideal home would be mindful when strangers enter the home. He is a dominant boy that would do best with other animals in the home that have submissive and easy going personalities. He is eager to please and also knows basic commands like sit and lay down. Twitch had a bladder stone removed that does require a lifelong diet with prescription food to prevent any further stones from forming, but the food is no more expensive than other high end brands. His current foster reports that he does well in a kennel and on a leash, but does struggle with potty training. The use of washable belly bands is working very well for him to deter him from marking! He is neutered, vaccinated, heart worm negative, and microchipped.
