About Sookie

Sookie is a beautiful, extremely playful and fun 11-month-old, nine-pound, female white patch tabby with gorgeous golden eyes looking for a loving guardian. This sweet young cat came into rescue like a lion, but is going out like a lamb. She takes a moment to warm up to new people, but when she does, she gives you her all. Found on the side of the highway as a tiny kitten, an animal-lover brought her home and hid her from her landlord �'�| six months later, the landlord found out and made her get rid of her beloved pet. She currently lives with me �'�| and she is hilariously fun! She's fine with all cats and dogs, but she's feisty so it takes her a minute to warm up. Her best friends in my house are two 16-year-old male cat brothers. She uses her litter box perfectly, and has all her claws. She is extremely healthy, spayed, up-to-date on rabies and distemper vaccines, micro-chipped, treated with revolution, and virus-tested negative. Her adoption fee of $100 benefits the rescued pets of Friends of Petraits Rescue.
