About Lucy

Lucy is a POMSKY (Pomeranian Husky) obtained from Lancaster Breeders in Ohio. She looks like a miniature black husky with a little white beard. But she is only 30#s. Also similar to Pomeranian, but larger. Lucy is VERY SWEET, and well trained, but SHE NEEDS A LOT OF ATTENTION AND EXERCISE. Ideal would be stay-at-home person who is a runner and/or able to take her to doggy daycare at least three times per week. If not, she gets pesky for attention. Like a Husky, she will whine for what she wants and she is also very independent. Super smart, but sometimes she ignores what you ask her to do. Depends on her mood. Gets along great with other dogs but a little bossy with smaller ones; great with kids. Please contact me if you are familiar with raising huskies - I'm told it takes a particular person with knowledge. I managed by being able to take her to daycare. I LOVE this dog, but I can't afford to take her to daycare anymore as my work hours have increased due to a divorce.
