About Tank

My name is Tank and I'm an almost 4-year-old male neutered Blue Pit and I'm up to date on shots. My family rescued me from the shelter when I was two years old. I have been the best dog ever and have gotten along very well with my 7 year old sister Pit. Recently though I have not been getting along with her and my mom thinks I've been trying to be the dominant alpha male in the house. I am very strong 80lb boy, very energetic and stubborn at times! I love to play, go for walks, chase squirrels and deer. I haven't been around cats but my mom says I probably wouldn't like them much. I have been great with other dogs and have gone to doggie day care quite a few times without any problems but haven't been there for a few months. My family thinks it is best that I be in a home with NO other dogs and would benefit from some dominance training and an EXPERIENCED Pit owner who will be patient with me and regularly exercise me and who is a STRONG pack leader. I'm a really sweet boy, love to play, love to cuddle and I will sit on your lap and sleep as I think I'm a lap dog! Please give me a chance. I need to find my new home by the 25th or Mom will have no choice but to surrender me to the shelter where he will be euthanized as Mom cant keep me at home anymore.
