About OLE LEROY

WAGS RESCUE WELCOMES OLE LEROY! A few weeks ago this boy came into the shelter unable to stand. He had been attacked by something, starved to bones and lacerations all over his body. Well, he has made a beautiful recovery and gained about 15 lbs. He has scars on his face and legs but they should heal soon too. He has welcomed a crate with extra blankets during the healing. He is all HOUND! He loves to romp the grounds but comes right back to the door wanting in the heat ..lol. I think it is something he has never known. He is sweet as pie and now getting very strong. He pulls on his leash but has learned we don't just give in to that behavior. He is a senior boy of about 7 yrs of age. He is now neutered, UTD on vaccines, microchipped and ready to be a family dog, not a hunting dog again to be discarded.
