Pit Bull
Age: Young Adult

Nova is a beautiful, gentle, friendly and attentive, four-year-old, 58-pound, female red and white brindle pit bull terrier looking for a loving guardian. Nova is the poster child for the breed. She enjoys other dogs, loves people of all ages including children, walks well on leash (unless she sees a bunny) and is great in the car. She's very food-focused Nova was found stray in Olney, Illinois, in August and was transported to Friends of Petraits Rescue in November to give her a chance to find a loving home. Nova is healthy, fecal-tested, de-wormed, vaccinated, and heartworm-tested. She's scheduled to be spayed on Wednesday, November 20th.. Her adoption fee of $200 benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue. If you're interested in meeting and possibly adopting this wonderful dog, please contact [email protected] She is currently being fostered in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood.
