He was literally shot and currently has a bullet lodged in his spine. The veterinarians have determined that it cannot be removed, so his condition will be permanent. He is a very sweet young dog, very quiet and easy to love. He does require his bladder be expressed several times a day and he must be kept dry and wrapped to prevent skin irritations. He has a wheelchair but it's use must be very limited and it is not ideal for in home use. He is otherwise a healthy dog. His adoption fee is $150. He is neutered, UTD, microchipped and has had his teeth cleaned. Bullet is looking for a stay at home parent to tend to his needs. He is very much like caring for an infant.
