About Dylan in New Mexico

Dylan is a happy active Springer who needs a yard for exploring and playing ball. He is nine but his foster mom says he has the energy of a two year old. He loves and looks forward to his daily walks, but settles down nicely when in the house. He was very well loved and cared for when he came to SSRI and has excellent house manners. He does have a skin condition which is controlled with daily medication and a weekly bath. He willingly jumps in the tub for bath time and seems to really enjoy the routine and he has a custom handmade bath robe for post bath parading around the house. His adopters will need to be committed to continuing his medication and baths. Dylan is a little shy when first meeting new people but but warms up quickly. Given some time and patience he will become your best friend. He could live with another mellow dog that would not try to engage him in play and give him space. But we feel he would do best as an only dog as that is a more comfortable situation for him. Dylan is looking for someone retired or that works from home. No children under twelve please. Dylan is an easy dog to love and live with. He is a sweet lovable boy who will return your love and affection. Kids over 10 who are responsible should be fine.
