About Mandela

Mandela was rescued some years ago by our sister in Austin Texas. WE think he is 7 years old. Recently our sister has had to go on kidney dialysis and now has broken her pelvis and has been unable to care properly for Mandela. We have temporarily taken over his care and he is now with us in Midland, TX but we cannot care for him because of our own health issues. Mandela is sweet and loving. He likes to cuddle up on the couch beside you, which he slinks on and off. No, he doesn't jump up he just slinks on and off...so cute. He is seeking a good home where he might get his one walk a day and then be able to lounge around and just be a good dog. He walks well on a short leash.He's also very smart. House trained and will walk to the door when he needs to go out. At the moment we feed him twice a day and he appears to do better on grain free food. Please help us find a great home for Mandela.
