About Ryder

Ryder is an 8 week old Border Collie Mix pup. We are unsure of his mix since we have zero idea what dad was, but if we had to guess we would say maybe boxer/lab mix. Mom is a Border Collie Mix, and is the sweetest, smartest, most well behaved dog. We are guessing the pups will be about 35-45lbs (maybe 50) when full grown. Ryder and his 6 siblings are each incredibly unique and have beautiful markings. Momma Zooey was dumped at a shelter in Kansas just hours away from having babies. We are guessing the stress if being in a shelter most likely induced her labor as well. We got Momma Zooey and her babies to CO as quickly as possible so she wouldn't have to raise her pups in a stressful environment. Fast forward 8 weeks and Zooey's 7 puppies are ready to find their own forever homes! Ryder and his siblings are just phenomenal puppies. Their foster momma says 'they are so cute and sweet and will be the BEST dogs. The are all outgoing and well socialized. They love to be in the action and are adventurous.' We would love for each of these pups to go to a home who has time to raise and train a puppy the way they deserve. They are so snuggly and will make such great family members. They are also incredibly smart. They would do great with another dog to play with but it's not a must as long as they get attention, love, and mental stimulation.
