About HAZEL *PUPPY* 1 Year

HAZEL (#A1906180) Spayed Female, 1 year old, 40 pounds White and Brown mixed breed, possibly Husky mix East Valley Animal Shelter 14409 Vanowen St Van Nuys, CA 91405 818-756-9323 Hazel is a sweet 1 year old husky who entered the shelter as a stray on 10/24. Sadly, no one came for her. When we took her out of the kennel today, she was energetic but walked well enough on leash. She was very happy to spend time in the yard. She took treats well and enjoyed being pet. She also enjoyed playing with a tennis ball by herself. Regarding other dogs, Hazel had a positive interaction with another dog through the fence and was non reactive walking through the kennels. She has not been in playgroups yet due to being spayed very recently. Hazel needs a responsible and committed owner who will give her plenty of exercise and love. She's also underweight, so she'll need regular feedings. Even if Hazel doesn't seem right for you, there are plenty of dogs, cats, and rabbits at the animal shelter looking for a fur-ever home, please consider going there and taking a look.
