About Zeus

All, hail, the mighty Zeus! I am the king of gods...or am I king of dogs...hmm...maybe I'm just king-SIZED among Rat Terrier mixes. That's right! That's what my foster mom called me when she saw that I weighed 27 lbs. and said that I needed to 'shed a few.' I am now down to 25, and with the help of my foster family, I may drop a few more pounds. The teeny kitten here likes to chase me, and the other dog loves to wrestle! And my foster mom takes me for long walks, which I love because I get to sniff and explore and receive undivided attention from a human. That's the thing I love the most! Oh, how I would love to have a family of my own! Of course, I may watch from a distance till I get to know everyone better, but give me a few days and I'll show you how sweet and gentle I really am. Since I'm only 4 years old, we'll have a long time to enjoy each other. I'm house-trained and crate trained, and I won't destroy things in your house. I can wait patiently for you while you're at work and sleep quietly through the night without any problem. I don't need a big yard or a huge house. I just need you. I don't think a king or a god could ask for anything more.
