H-hi there, I'm Bunson. I am a graduate of the shelter's decompression program, so I have my diploma! I am a shy guy and a lot of things here are new to me, like leashes and all this noise. It can be very peopley here sometimes! I like the people, even if I don't show it right away, they are kind and patient and they understand I'm shy so they let me take my time. But you want to know what my favorite thing is? The thing that makes me smile and have fun? Other dogs! I love to play with my other dog friends! I was really sad because my sister got herself 'dopted and then I was alone. But then I got to go meet other dogs and now I have a fun new roommate and we like to wrassle and play! (Although my roomie does seem to get noticed more since he is more outgoing than me.) I would be SOOO happy if I could go home with another playful, confident pup who will teach me the ways of this thing they call a 'home'. I did get to go to a 'foster home' for what the people say was about a week. The people in the 'foster home' said that I was quiet and they gave me this thing called a 'kong' which I enjoyed. There weren't any kids or cats in the house so I don't know what it is like to be around them. I mostly kept to myself in the new place and I didn't want to go on what the hoomans call 'walks'. I did my best to not go potty in the house (and I did a pretty good job!) and I would sleep in something that's called a 'crate'. My ideal home would have another dog in it as well as people who will be patient with me and allow me the time I need to blossom. I promise I will get there eventually, I just need time. I have this thing called a shelter advocate. Apparently what she does is answer people's questions about me and her goal is to make sure I go to the right home and to help my 'dopters help me thrive.
